利用叶素动量理论进行了风力机的载荷计算,进而得到轮毂动态载荷的极限值以及叶根处的动态载荷,针对轮毂的结构特点,应用有限元理论,对水平轴风力发电机组轮毂的强度分析方法进行了研究,并介绍了一种轮毂与叶片连接螺栓的强度分析方法。以一台MW级水平轴风力发电机组为例,计算了轮毂在不同极限工况下的载荷,并对轮毂进行了强度分析,得到了具有较大工程实用价值的轮毂强度分析方法。
