从汉防己根热水提取液中,分离得到两种葡聚糖,高效液相色谱法测得分子量为9.3×103和2.0×106,经甲基化分析、过碘酸盐氧化、Smith降解和部分酸水解确定两种多糖可能均以a(1→4)连接形成主链,在6-O上有分枝,两者分枝的类型和数目有所不同。
Two kinds of glucans were isolated from the hot water extract of Radix chinensis, and their molecular weights were 9.3×103 and 2.0×106 as determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Methylation analysis and periodate oxidation were performed. , Smith degradation and partial acid hydrolysis confirmed that the two polysaccharides may be linked by a(1→4) to form the main chain, and there are branches on 6-O. The types and number of the two branches are different.
