以雷击、静电引起的事故对人类造成巨大人身伤亡和财产损失的事实为依据,说明防雷防静电设施是爆炸危险场所的重要安全技术措施。介绍现代防雷防静电的系统组成,并以火力发电厂氢气冷却型机组制氢站为例,论述爆炸危险场所防雷防静电设施安全技术检验项目和方法。
Based on the fact that the accidents caused by lightning and static electricity caused great human casualties and property losses to human beings, it is indicated that lightning protection and anti-static facilities are important safety and technical measures in the dangerous place of explosion. This paper introduces the system of modern anti-lightning and anti-static system, and takes the hydrogen station of hydrogen-cooled unit of thermal power plant as an example to discuss the project and method of safety testing for lightning protection and anti-static facilities in dangerous places.
