80年代,在美国的报纸、杂志和电视上,曾发表过哄动一时的消息:“只需15分钟的简单手术就能彻底治好近视眼。” 这种手术叫“放射状角膜切开术”。人眼的构造犹如几片透镜重叠在一起,有角膜、前房、晶状体和玻璃体等,光线就是通过这一系列结构,在最深部的视网膜上成像的。说起眼睛的透镜,一般人都会想到晶状体,实际上眼内2/3的透镜功能是由角膜的表面承担的。当角膜过度突出时,前房也会随之膨胀,从而形成一个圆圆的透镜。这样就会使焦距缩短,变成近视。前述的手术方法是用手术刀在突出的角膜上划开一道道切口,使角膜展平。切口的划法像伞架似的,呈放射状,所以叫“放射状角膜切开术”。
In the 1980s, in American newspapers, magazines and on television, there was a boisterous message: “Myopia can be completely cured with just 15 minutes of simple surgery.” This procedure is called “radial keratotomy.” The human eye is constructed like a few lenses overlap, cornea, anterior chamber, lens and vitreous body, the light is through this series of structures, in the deepest retina imaging. Speaking of the lens of the eyes, most people think of the lens, in fact, 2/3 of the eye lens function is borne by the corneal surface. When the cornea is overprojected, the anterior chamber also expands, creating a round lens. This will shorten the focal length, into myopia. The surgical method is to use a scalpel in the prominent cornea cut open a road incision, the cornea flattened. Cutting incision like an umbrella-like, radial, so called “radial corneal incision.”
