The main contents include: overview of Paramount song and dance halls, commonly used instruments and performance forms, the basic situation of singers and musicians and the use of music. This paper argues that: song and dance hall music is a corner of the theorists less patronage, but the song and dance hall music is an important part of popular music, how to seek development, improve the grade, is a problem to be solved.
