新一轮的基础教育体育课程改革的推进暴露出我国体育教师教育领域的三个问题:狭隘的专业发展基点、脱节的教师培养机制以及低效的继续教育模式。研究指出:在课改之初同步或优先改革与完善我国的体育教师教育模式是一项有效的实践策略,其内容包括重塑体育教师专业化基点,构建和完善体育教育学学科体系,对体育教育专业的同步配套改革以及实现体育教师继续教育由“扩容”向“升级”的模式转型。
The new round of reform in basic education physical education curriculum reform exposed three issues in the field of physical education teachers in our country: narrow professional development base, out-of-date teacher training mechanism and inefficient continuing education mode. The research indicates that it is an effective practice strategy to synchronize or give priority to reforming and perfecting PE teacher education mode in our country at the beginning of curricular reform. The contents include reshaping PE teachers’ specialization base, building and perfecting disciplinary system of PE, The simultaneous reform of education majors and the mode transformation of PE teachers’ continuing education from “expansion” to “upgrading”.
