以尿素和硝酸锌为原料,采用均匀沉淀法和水热法相结合的方法制备了纳米氧化锌。以酸性大红染料为目标降解物,对该光催化剂的性能进行了测试,运用透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、X射线光电子能谱仪对其晶体结构进行了表征。实验表明,该种方法制备的氧化锌对于酸性大红的光催化降解效率明显。当煅烧温度为450℃、尿素和硝酸锌的摩尔比为20:2、Mg掺杂摩尔分数为1.2%时,氧化锌的光催化效率最高。
Using urea and zinc nitrate as raw materials, nano zinc oxide was prepared by the method of uniform precipitation and hydrothermal method. The acid red dye as the target degradation products, the photocatalyst performance was tested, the use of transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy of its crystal structure were characterized. Experiments show that zinc oxide prepared by this method has obvious photocatalytic degradation efficiency for acid red. When the calcination temperature is 450 ℃, the molar ratio of urea to zinc nitrate is 20: 2, and the Mg doping mole fraction is 1.2%, the photocatalytic efficiency of zinc oxide is the highest.
