“三校生”在成长过程中,可能面临着心理、就业、学习等方面的问题,海外经验表明,学校社会工作对于青少年自我发展与社会适应具有良好的效果。研究以在上海某职校开展的针对新生的成长小组为例,探讨学校社会工作的成效。小组工作能够有效提高“三校生”的人际互动、自我效能、社会资源的主观利用度等。研究建议,中职学校应当逐步开展学校社会工作服务,社工界应当推动学校社会工作专业化与职业化。
In the process of growing up, “three school students” may face problems in psychology, employment and study. Overseas experience shows that school social work has a good effect on self-development and social adjustment of adolescents. The study explored the effectiveness of school social work with the example of a growth group targeting freshmen at a vocational school in Shanghai. Group work can effectively improve the “three school students ” interpersonal interaction, self-efficacy, subjective utilization of social resources and so on. The study suggests that secondary vocational schools should gradually carry out school social work services, and that the social work sector should promote the specialization and professionalization of school social work.
