我们设计的全息摄影减振工作台,是用一块3.05×1.4米~2、其总重为2.1吨的铸铁平台,支承在六个空气减振支柱上.空气支柱内压较低时,K值较小.空气支柱是利用六个飞机机轮内胎改制的,为了使支柱内的压力相等,用紫铜管串通六个内胎,以达到六个空气支柱的容变系数一致的目的.见图1.所有管道的连接处均要注意密封,以防漏气.机轮内胎进气管口与紫铜管连接处的密封,采用锥面压紧配合方案,其结构如图2所示.
