为适应汽车齿轮钢国产化研究的需要,对齿轮钢的接触疲劳性能进行可靠评定,并与国外有关数据相比较,我院与南京汽车研究所共同研制了XJP-20000型线接触疲劳试验机。 该机结构设计合理,运行可靠,其关键零部件的强度、刚度能够满足试验要求,油温可控,运行振动小,可解决齿轮、轴承、轧辊等零件线接触疲劳模拟试验问题。
In order to meet the need of domestic research of gear steel for automobile, the contact fatigue performance of gear steel was evaluated reliably. Compared with the foreign data, our hospital and Nanjing Automobile Research Institute jointly developed the XJP-20000 line contact fatigue testing machine. The structure of the machine is reasonable in design and reliable in operation. The strength and rigidity of its key components can meet the test requirements. The oil temperature is controlled and the operation vibration is small. It can solve the problem of contact fatigue simulation test of gears, bearings and rolls.
