研究了用荧光分光光度法通过控制酸度直接测定环境水中苯酚和苯胺两种水中污染物的新方法。在 p H=1时 ,直接测定苯酚的含量 ,波长为 λex/λem=2 70 /2 97nm,检出限为 4.0 ng/m L,线性范围为 0~ 3.2 μg/m L。在 p H=1 2时 ,直接测定苯胺的含量 ,波长为λex/λem=2 80 /340 nm,检出限为 4.3ng/m L,线性范围为 0~ 2 .0 μg/m L,回收率达 99~ 1 0 1 %。
A new method for the direct determination of pollutants in water of phenol and aniline in environmental water by controlling the acidity by fluorescence spectrophotometry was studied. At p H = 1, the phenol content was measured directly at λex / λem = 2 70/297 nm with a detection limit of 4.0 ng / m L and a linear range of 0-3.2 μg / m L. The aniline content was determined directly at p H = 1 2 at a wavelength of λex / λem = 280/340 nm with a detection limit of 4.3 ng / m L and a linear range of 0-2.0 μg / m L, recovering Rate of 99 ~ 1 0 1%.
