在培养基上加速结核杆菌的生长,不但有益于临床诊断、及细菌生化性质的研究,而且在公共卫生方面有助于传染源的发现。在农业方面已应用了植物刺激素,我们试用于结核杆菌的培养,希能获得一种有效的生长刺激物质,以改进结核杆菌的培养工作。实验方法及材料1.植物生长刺激素(以下简称刺激素)的种类:本实验应用了五种刺激素:吲(?)乙酸(3—Indole acetic acid),萘乙酸(d—Naphthaleneacetic acid),萘乙酸钠(Sodi-uma-naphthalene acetate),2—4一二氯苯酚化乙酸(2—4D),赤霉素(Gibberellin)。
