[目的]了解莱芜市莱城区个体诊所的卫生现状,加强监督管理。[方法]采用现场调查和抽样检测的方法,对莱城区252家个体诊所进行调查。[结果]发现有4.4%的单位医务人员资质不全,有9.9%的单位治疗室未单设,医务人员手部消毒合格率仅为76.9%,有54.8%的单位医疗文书不全。[结论]医务人员资质、消毒隔离和医疗文书应作为今后监督的重点,加大监督的力度和频率。 [Objective] To understand the health status of individual clinics in Laicheng District of Laiwu City and strengthen supervision and management. [Methods] 252 individual clinics in Laicheng District were investigated by using on-site investigations and sampling tests. [Results] It was found that 4.4% of the unit medical personnel were incomplete qualifications, 9.9% of the unit treatment rooms were not set up alone, and the qualified rate of hand disinfection of medical staff was only 76.9%, and 54.8% of the unit medical documents were incomplete. [Conclusion] Medical staff qualifications, disinfection and isolation and medical documents should be the focus of supervision in the future, and the intensity and frequency of supervision should be increased.
