高效课堂的研究既是一个老生常谈的课题,也是一个新的研究课题。两者是否矛盾呢?很多教师都说,现在都在研究微课、核心素养,高效课堂的话题太老了,没有研究的必要。是吗?不是的,高效课堂的构建永远都是一线教师研究的课题之一,因为高效课堂是课程价值发挥的保障。也就是说,只有在高效课堂下,课程价值才能实现,才能提高学习成绩,才能促使学生获得全方位的发展。所以,作为一名美术教师,我们对高效课堂的构建这一课题的研究将不能停止,而且,还要在不断渗透新思想、应用新方法的过程中确保课程魅力得以尽情绽放。
Efficient classroom research is not only a commonplace topic, but also a new research topic. Are both contradictory? A lot of teachers say that they are all studying micro-classes, core literatures and the topics of effective classrooms too much, so there is no need for research. Is not it? No, the construction of efficient classroom will always be one of the topics studied by front-line teachers, because efficient classroom is the protection of the value of the curriculum. In other words, only in the efficient classroom, curriculum value can be achieved in order to improve academic performance, to promote students to achieve all-round development. Therefore, as an art teacher, we will not stop the research on the topic of building an effective classroom. And we should also ensure that the curriculum charm can be fully enjoyed while constantly infusing new ideas and applying new methods.
