目的探讨胚胎移植管血染情况对于体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)和卵胞浆内单精子注射(ICSI)周期的临床妊娠率及胚胎种植率的影响,为提高临床成功率提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析在我院生殖助孕中心行IVF/ICSI的362个周期,并行新鲜周期胚胎移植患者的资料,按照胚胎移植时移植管是否血染分为无血染组和血染组,而血染组又细分成两个亚组:内外管均有血染组(A组)和仅内管有血染组(B组),比较各组的助孕情况和结局。结果血染组的临床妊娠率和胚胎种植率43.2%和32.2%,无血染组临床妊娠率和胚胎种植率56.1%和35.7%,两组间相比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组的临床妊娠率和胚胎种植率42.9%和30.6%,B组临床妊娠率和胚胎种植率43.4%和33.1%,两组间相比较差异均无明显统计学差异(P>0.05),但是A组临床妊娠率、种植率较B组均有下降趋势。结论移植管血染可降低胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率,因此移植过程中应尽量避免血染。
Objective To investigate the influence of the blood transfusion condition of embryo transfer vessel on clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) cycles and to provide a reference for improving the clinical success rate . Methods Retrospective analysis of 362 cycles of IVF / ICSI in the reproductive pregnancy center of our hospital and the data of patients with fresh-cycle embryo transfer in our hospital were divided into no-blood group and bloody group according to whether the transplanted tubes were transplanted during embryo transfer The blood-stained group was further subdivided into two subgroups: the blood-stained group (group A) and the blood-stained only group (group B), and the pregnancy-assisted conditions and outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate in bloody group were 43.2% and 32.2%, respectively. The clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate in non-bloody group were 56.1% and 35.7%, there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05 ). The clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate in group A were 42.9% and 30.6% respectively. The clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate in group B were 43.4% and 33.1%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05) , But the clinical pregnancy rate and implantation rate in group A were lower than those in group B. Conclusion Transplantation of blood cells can reduce the rate of embryo implantation, clinical pregnancy rate, so the process should be transplanted to avoid bloody.
