合理化建议活动作为职工履行民主管理权利直接而有效的方式,目前已受到大多数企业广泛重视。但是,随着活动的常态化,它在发挥作用的同时,也暴露出某些问题。有的企业活动流于形式,手段单一,职工的建议水平参差不齐等。因此,合理化建议活动质量亟待提高。在这里,“合理”是至关重要的,这需要企业和职工双方的共同努力。本期策划,有来自一线职工对合理化建议活动的建议,也有来自企业和班组搞合理化建议的经验总结,供大家参考与借鉴。
