蔗渣在微波辐射处理之后进行蒸煮实验,探讨微波辐射时间和辐射功率对蒸煮效果的影响。结果表明:最佳微波处理时间为5min,微波功率为450W。在最佳条件下,所得纸浆较空白样抗张指数增幅为13.4%,撕裂指数增幅为3.9%。此外还探讨了微波辐射对原料的适用性,认为材质较疏松的草类原料采用微波辐射处理效果更明显。
The bagasse was subjected to cooking experiments after microwave radiation treatment to investigate the effect of microwave irradiation time and radiant power on the cooking effect. The results show that the optimum microwave processing time is 5min and the microwave power is 450W. Under the optimum conditions, the tensile index of the resulting pulp increased by 13.4% and the tear index increased by 3.9% compared with the blank. In addition, the applicability of microwave radiation to raw materials was also discussed, and the effect of microwave radiation treatment on grass-like materials with more loose materials was more obvious.
