合成了一种新型的Eu~(3+)配合物———Eu(BA)_2 (MAA) (Phen) ,并将其作为红光发射材料制备了结构为Glass/ITO/Eu(BA)_2 (MAA) (Phen) /Al的有机电致发光薄膜器件。这种材料具有很强的荧光和很好的单色性且比较强的电致发光。器件的开启电压为 12V。在电压为 2 6V的正向驱动下 ,器件的亮度为 15cd/m~2 ,发光效率为 0 .2 5lm/W。结合测量粉末、薄膜状态下的荧光光谱、激发光谱和电致发光情况下的伏安特性、电光特性曲线及其电致发光光谱 ,对器件的发光机理进行了探讨。
Eu (BA) 2 (MAA) (Phen), a new Eu 3+ complex, was synthesized and characterized as a red light emitting material with a structure of Glass / ITO / Eu (MAA) (Phen) / Al organic electroluminescent thin film device. This material has a strong fluorescence and good monochromatic and relatively strong electroluminescence. The device’s turn-on voltage is 12V. Under the voltage of 2 6V forward drive, the device brightness of 15cd / m ~ 2, luminous efficiency of 0.25lm / W. The luminescence mechanism of the device was discussed with the measurement of the powder, the fluorescence spectra in the film state, the voltammetric characteristics under the excitation spectrum and the electroluminescence, the electro-optic characteristic curve and the electroluminescence spectrum.
