乳酸左氧氟沙星(levofloxacinlactae)具有对革兰氏阳性菌、阴性菌抗菌作用强的特点。从临床分离的302株细菌敏感试验结果显示,该药对金葡球菌甚为敏感,其MIC50为0.06mgL,MIC90为0.25mgL,MBC50为0.06mgL,MBC90为0.5mgL,与日产左氧氟沙星基本一致,较氧氟沙星强。对沙门氏菌属极为敏感,MIC50和MIC90分别为0.03和0.25mgL,MBC50和MBC90,亦分别为0.03和0.25mgL。此结果和日产左氧氟沙星完全一致,较氧氟沙星强。该药抗菌活力不受或少受细菌接种菌量及加入不同人血清量的影响,如果培养基pH偏碱性时,则抗菌活力增强。
Levofloxacin lactate (levofloxacinlactae) with Gram-positive bacteria, negative bacteria strong antibacterial properties. The results of 302 strains of bacteria isolated clinically showed that the drug was very sensitive to Staphylococcus aureus and its MIC50 was 0.06mgL, MIC90 was 0.25mgL, MBC50 was 0.06mgL and MBC90 was 0.5mgL, which was basically the same as that of levofloxacin Ofloxacin strong. Very sensitive to Salmonella, with MIC50 and MIC90 of 0.03 and 0.25 mgL, MBC50 and MBC90, respectively, 0.03 and 0.25 mgL. This result is exactly the same with the Nissan levofloxacin, stronger than ofloxacin. The antibacterial activity of the drug is less or less affected by bacteria inoculated bacteria and the amount of different human serum added, if the pH of the medium is alkaline, the antibacterial activity is enhanced.
