介绍了利用激光在压力容器表面进行快速深雕刻技术。此激光雕刻系统由脉冲固体激光器、运动机构、光学传输系统构成,能够实现在弧形压力容器表面进行相关信息的雕刻。分析了影响雕刻质量和雕刻速度的主要因素,获得了雕刻的最佳工艺参数。实现了雕刻速度30mm/s时,雕刻字符深度大于0.4 mm,宽度大于1 mm的技术指标,适合工业批量化生产应用。
Introduced the use of laser in the pressure vessel surface for deep deep engraving technology. The laser engraving system consists of a pulsed solid laser, a moving mechanism and an optical transmission system, enabling the engraving of relevant information on the surface of an arc pressure vessel. The main factors influencing the engraving quality and engraving speed were analyzed, and the best technological parameters of engraving were obtained. The engraving speed of 30mm / s, engraving character depth greater than 0.4 mm, width greater than 1 mm technical indicators, suitable for industrial mass production applications.
