基于Johnson-Euler公式建立了中长柱整体加筋壁板压缩强度工程计算方法,经过7050铝合金整体加筋壁板的轴向压缩试验验证是合理的,压缩失稳载荷计算误差满足设计要求。在整体加筋壁板总面积相同的条件下,压缩失稳载荷随蒙皮与长桁的面积比λ增加呈现出先增加后降低的变化规律,据此通过调整λ可获得整体加筋壁板较佳的设计方案。
Based on the Johnson-Euler formula, the engineering calculation method for the compressive strength of the long stiffened integral stiffened panel was established. It is reasonable to verify the compressive strength of the stiffened stiffened panel with 7050 aluminum alloy. The calculation error of the compressive buckling load meets the design requirements.
