天马汽车厂原是一个部队汽车团的家属工厂,创业六年来,连上了六个台阶,现已累计创造产值达3亿多元,利税4400多万元;六年上交国家税金达860多万元,上交空军850多万元,现有职工470余名。是一个拥有几个分支单位,集科研、生产、经营、商贸、服务综合一体的军工企业。“天马”牌系列越野车,客货车,各种工地指挥专用车驰骋中华大地,销售到(除台湾省外)全国三十个省、市、自治区。如何提高企业经济效益?我们认为就是一个字:“干”。干的内容很多,本领也有高低,方式也不相同。根据我厂的具体情况归结起来主要有三点体会:一是开发人才,二是抓产品质量,三是努力开拓销售市场。

According to the specific conditions of our plant, there are mainly three experiences: First, develop talents, second, grasp product quality, and third, work hard to open up the sales market.
