This article outlines the humanistic learning theory, the exploration of the teaching in different levels, discusses the problems existing in the English teaching in secondary vocational schools, and analyzes the causes of the problems: the lack of policy support at the school level, the awareness and literacy of English teachers Lack, as well as the learner’s own problems.
