北京某热电厂由于建设场地限制不能实现每台机组配1座逆流式自然通风冷却塔的设想,从而建造了2台机组共用的1座横流式自然通风冷却塔。但是关于这座塔从冷却效率到结冰防冻的争议一直没有停止过,期间曾进行过部分改造,但是没有找到症结所在。通过剖析各种问题的根源,证明经过技术改造可以满足200MW机组循环冷却水的要求,短期内不可能带满该负荷时也需要对几个方面进行彻底改造,否则仍将付出不必要的代价。
Due to the limitation of construction site, a thermal power plant in Beijing can not realize the assumption of one counter-flow natural draft cooling tower per unit, so as to construct a cross-flow natural draft cooling tower shared by two units. However, the controversy over the cooling efficiency of the tower from freezing to freezing has never stopped. During the period, part of the renovation was carried out but no crux of the problem was found. By analyzing the root causes of various problems, it is proved that the technical reformation can meet the requirements of circulating cooling water of a 200 MW unit. In the short term, it is impossible to fully reform the load if it is impossible to bring the load up. Otherwise, unnecessary costs will still be paid.
