本文从烟草企业宏观经济背景、企业管理现状及县级烟草公司财务管理整体情况入手,以JIT准时生产系统为理念,初步探讨了县级烟草公司财务管理工作流程化的总体思路、目标、工作模式、架构设想,旨在为企业适应经济新常态,打好供给侧结构性改革攻坚战,不断提升企业核心竞争力,实现健康持续发展略谈一下自己的工作思考。
Based on the macroeconomic background of tobacco companies, current situation of enterprise management and the overall financial management of county tobacco companies, this paper, based on the concept of JIT on time production system, explores the overall train of thought, objectives and working mode of financial management workflow at county level , The structure of the idea is designed to adapt to the new normalcy of the economy, lay the structural reform of the supply-side tough war, and constantly enhance their core competitiveness, achieve a healthy and sustainable development of a little talk about their own work thinking.
