利用长自回归计算残差的建模策略建立向量 ARMA 模型的方法,对滚齿机分度链动态传动误差建立二维 ARMA 模型,在 IBM-PC 微型计算机上进行了模拟补偿,结果误差下降48.8%。对长自回归建模法与比较成熟的 DDS 法进行了可靠性比较。
The ARMA model was built by using the long auto-regression modeling method. The two-dimensional ARMA model was established for the dynamic transmission error of the gear shifting chain of the hobbing machine. The error was reduced by 48.8% on the IBM-PC microcomputer. Reliability comparison is made between the long autoregressive modeling method and the more mature DDS method.
