本文介绍了45钢、T12钢和cr12MOV钢硼钒和硼铬共渗层的形态。渗层可分为梳齿状和平坦的两类。梳齿状渗层主要是由(Fe-v)2B(Fev)B相为主,在梳齿状渗层下面分布着白色的碳化物以颗粒状出现。而平坦的双层渗层,其表面主要由VC和V_3B_2组成其含钒量可达80%(wt)。其下面的渗层具有高的抗蚀性。但含钒量很少,该层可能是硼化物层。
This article describes the 45 steel, T12 steel and cr12MOV steel boron vanadium and boron chromium co-diffusion layer morphology. Penetrating layer can be divided into two types of comb teeth and flat. The comb-tooth-like layer is mainly composed of (Fe-v) 2B (Fev) B phase, and white carbides distribute in the form of granules under the comb-tooth-like layer. The flat two-layer permeable layer, the surface mainly composed of VC and V_3B_2 its vanadium content up to 80% (wt). The underlying layer has high corrosion resistance. However, the amount of vanadium is very small and this layer may be a boride layer.
