不对称草酰胺桥联异三核配合物{[Ni(oxbe)]2Cu(H2O)2} 2.5DMF的合成和晶体结构

合成了不对称草酰胺桥联异三核配合物{[Ni(oxbe)]2Cu(H2O)2}2.5DMF [H3oxbe为N-(2-羧基苯)-N-(2-氨乙基)草酰胺]。用单晶X-射线衍射法测定了其晶体结构。该晶体属单斜晶系,空间群C2/c,晶胞参数a = 22.590(7),b = 17.341(4),c = 10.900(3) ,β= 115.80(2),V = 3844.1(18) 3, Ni2CuC29.5H41.5N8.50O12.5, Mr = 896.17, Z = 4,Dc = 1.5481g/cm3,μ(MoKα) = 1.588 mm-1,F(000) = 1852,R = 0.0534,wR = 0.1334(I>2(I)), 2051个可观察衍射点。此三核配合物的结构单元具有中心对称性, 铜离子位于中心由6个氧原子构成的八面体中,2个镍离子则分别位于两端处在由N3O构成的近似平面正方场中,中心Cu2+与两端的Ni2+通过草酰胺阴离子桥联在一起。 The asymmetric oxalic acid bridged heterotrimeric complex {[Ni (oxbe)] 2Cu (H2O) 2} 2.5DMF [H3oxbe is N- (2-carboxyphenyl) -N- Amide]. The crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system with space group C2 / c with unit cell parameters of a = 22.590 (7), b = 17.341 (4), c = 10.900 (3), β = 115.80 (2), V = ) 3, Ni2CuC29.5H41.5N8.50O12.5, Mr = 896.17, Z = 4, Dc = 1.5481g / cm3, MoKα = 1.588 mm-1, F000 = 1852, R = 0.0534, = 0.1334 (I> 2 (I)), 2051 observable diffraction points. The structural unit of this trinuclear complex has central symmetry. Copper ions are located in an octahedron having 6 oxygen atoms in the center, and two nickel ions are respectively located in an approximate planar square field consisting of N3O at both ends. The center Cu2 + is bridged with oxalate anion by Ni2 + at both ends.
