八项质量管理原则是一个组织在质量管理方面的总体原则,这些原则需要通过具体的活动得到体现,其应用可分为质量保证和质量管理。就质量保证而言,主要目的是取得足够的信任,以表明组织能够满足客户对质量的要求。
The eight principles of quality management are the general principles of an organization in terms of quality management that need to be reflected through specific activities and whose application can be divided into quality assurance and quality management. In terms of quality assurance, the main purpose is to gain enough trust to demonstrate that the organization is able to meet the customer’s quality requirements.
