近年来,互联网技术快速发展,正在深刻改变社会。互联网金融方兴未艾,给传统金融带来挑战。面对互联网浪潮,银行该如何站位?当下又该做些什么?文章认为,银行利用互联网技术,应对互联网竞争,应发挥在网络资源、经营对象、信誉安全及线下服务的优势,坚持以我为主做“银行+互联网”、以开放的态度谋求合作性竞争、以客户体验至上为宗旨设计产品提供服务、以明晰权力边界来处理好集中与分散的关系。结合当下市场环境和操作实务,文章在银行经营模式转型、业务拓展方式、企业文化建设、大数据应用等方面提出了十项具体可行的发展建议。
In recent years, the rapid development of Internet technology is profoundly changing society. Internet finance is in the ascendant, bringing challenges to traditional finance. In the face of the tide of internet, how should the bank stand and what should be done in the future? The article holds that banks should take advantage of internet resources, business objects, credit security and offline services in their efforts to cope with Internet competition by using internet technology. I mainly do “Bank + Internet”, with an open attitude to seek cooperative competition, customer experience is the supreme purpose of designing products to provide services to clear the power of the border to handle the relationship between concentration and decentralization. Combined with the current market environment and operational practices, the article put forward ten concrete and feasible development proposals in terms of banking business model transformation, business expansion mode, corporate culture construction and big data application.
