反应堆压力容器主螺栓旋入过程中,主螺栓与主螺孔的配合间隙不但与主螺栓的旋入转速值和相对主螺孔的对中精度有密切的关系,而且关系到主螺栓卡涩后能否被有效取出及主螺孔表面是否被破坏。通过对螺纹副配合间隙与相关因素的定量分析,给出了主螺栓旋入时的转速选择和对中要求的具体数值。为了获得稳定的、理想的螺纹副配合间隙,不但应从螺纹副制造端加以控制,还须在装配阶段进行配对优化。
