目的探讨高尿酸血症大鼠血清尿酸和C反应蛋白的关系。方法采用氧嗪酸钾联合酵母膏建立高尿酸血症大鼠模型,24只大鼠随机分为对照组与模型组各12只,分别于第0,2,4,6周检测2组大鼠血清尿酸及C反应蛋白水平,于6周末处死大鼠,观察2组大鼠主动脉内皮组织病理形态学与免疫组织化学染色情况。结果模型组血清C反应蛋白和尿酸水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01);血清尿酸与C反应蛋白呈明显正相关(r=0.830 4,P<0.01);模型组主动脉内皮明显肿胀,主动脉C反应蛋白表达较对照组增强(P<0.01)。结论高尿酸血症大鼠存在炎症反应,可损伤主动脉内皮细胞功能,血尿酸与C反应蛋白表达呈正相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid and C-reactive protein in hyperuricemic rats. Methods Uric acid potassium and yeast extract were used to establish a rat model of hyperuricemia. Twenty-four rats were randomly divided into control group and model group, with 12 rats in each group. At 2, 4 and 6 weeks, Serum uric acid and C-reactive protein were measured. The rats were sacrificed at the end of the 6th week. The pathological morphology and immunohistochemical staining of the aortic endothelium in the two groups were observed. Results The levels of serum C-reactive protein and uric acid in the model group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). Serum uric acid was positively correlated with C-reactive protein (r = 0.830 4, P <0.01) Aortic C-reactive protein expression than the control group increased (P <0.01). Conclusions The hyperuricemia rats have inflammatory reaction, which can damage the function of aortic endothelial cells. Serum uric acid and C-reactive protein are positively correlated.
