In this paper, 17 cases of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets were detected by monoclonal antibody and immunofluorescence technique. Results: (1) The mean percentage and absolute number of peripheral blood lymphocytes in 17 MDS cases were 32.7 ± 9.47 %, 1.082 ± 0.449 × 10 ~ 9 / L.
