装载机前后机架铰接机构使用一段时间后,出现损坏的部位主要是中心铰接机构下部铰销、轴承及座孔。座孔周边不同程度磨损,最突出的部分沿机身纵向一侧超出公称尺寸达1Omm(图1)。图中虚线部分为原座孔轮廓。损坏的原因一是受力破坏,二是使用维护不当。 在正常行驶情况下,中心铰链只起连接前后机架的作用,传递驱动力和实现转向。铰销承受来自驱动力产生的剪力г。如果г>材料许用剪力[г],铰销就有可能被剪断;车轮驱动
After a period of time, the damaged parts of the front and rear frame hinges of the loader are hinged pins, bearings and seat holes at the lower part of the central hinge mechanism.
