通过参加体育运动,一般60%左右的高血压病人血压会下降或保持相对稳定。运动前应向医师咨询,以确定能否参加锻炼,以及运动量的大小等。轻症稳定的病人可自我评估,连续下蹲10~20次或原地慢跑15秒钟,若无不适症状,则可进行锻炼。血压超过220/110毫米汞柱的患者应禁止运动,若通过服用降压药后血压下降,可考虑轻度活动。
