目的探讨护理组长目标管理考核在临床护理中的作用。方法我院2016年1-12月对护理组长实施目标管理考核,比较实施前一年护理组长临床实际工作能力、护理质量、患者满意度、不良事件发生率。结果实施后护理组长临床实际工作能力考核成绩优于实施前(P<0.01),实施后基础护理、危重患者护理、优质护理质量、分级护理质量、护理文件书写等护理质量评分明显实施前(P<0.05),患者满意度高于实施前(P<0.01),不良事件发生率低于实施前(P<0.01)。结论实施护理组长目标管理考核,充分发挥了护理组长主观能动性,提升护理组长的临床实际工作能力,提高护理质量和患者满意度,减少了不良事件的发生。
Objective To explore the role of nursing leader in the goal of management evaluation in clinical nursing. Methods From January to December in 2016, we conducted a targeted management assessment on the head nurses and compared the actual work ability, quality of care, patient satisfaction and incidence of adverse events in the previous year. Results After the implementation, the score of clinical practical work ability of nursing team leader was better than that before the implementation (P <0.01). After the implementation, the score of nursing quality such as basic nursing, critically ill patient nursing, quality nursing, quality nursing, The patients’ satisfaction was higher than that before the implementation (P <0.01), and the incidence of adverse events was lower than before the implementation (P <0.01). Conclusion The implementation of nursing team leader goal management assessment, give full play to the subjective initiative of the care team leader to improve the nursing team leader’s clinical work ability, improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction, reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
