基于变传动比函数,提出一种利用插齿刀的几何模型有效求解非圆齿轮齿廓的简洁算法。根据给定变传动比函数,推导非圆齿轮节曲线方程;由插齿加工原理,确定其齿廓方程,并利用数值算法和Pro"E建模得到非圆齿轮的三维模型。同时,基于ADAMS动力学仿真软件对其进行轮齿啮合仿真分析。实例计算结果验证了该算法的正确性、简洁性、通用性与创新性。
Based on the variable ratio function, a simple and efficient algorithm for solving non-circular gear tooth profile by using geometric model of gear shaper is proposed. According to the given variable ratio function, the non-circular gear curve equation is deduced. The gear tooth profile equation is established by the principle of gear tooth interpolation, and the three-dimensional model of non-circular gear is obtained by numerical algorithm and Pro ADAMS dynamics simulation software for gear meshing simulation analysis.Example calculation results verify the correctness, simplicity, versatility and innovation of the algorithm.
