为朴树资源的深入研究提供科学依据和理论基础,并为其作为药用植物的深度开发和高效利用提供参考,综述了朴树的提取分离技术、主要化学成分及药理作用研究。查阅与朴树相关的国内外文献,并进行分析、归纳和综述。已从朴树中分离得到化合物有黄酮类、三萜类、酚类、蒽醌类和酰胺类等。朴树提取物的药理活性主要包括抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤等。我国朴树资源丰富,朴树具有较高的药用价值及广阔的应用前景,因此,应加强对朴树的开发利用。
It provides a scientific basis and a theoretical basis for further research on the resources of Pu tree. It also provides a reference for its further development and efficient utilization as a medicinal plant, and summarizes the research on the technology of extraction and separation, the main chemical components and pharmacological effects. Pharmacological activity of the tree-tree extract mainly includes anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anti-tumor and the like. Hackberry tree is rich in resources in our country, and it has high medicinal value and broad application prospect. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the exploitation and utilization of Hackberry tree.
