公路设计中,在一般情况下每公里线路约有3～5道涵洞。我们的测设队每年要测设几十公里、甚至一百多公里线路,遇到的涵洞有几百道,因此,涵洞的设计与计算的工作量是比较大的。特别是,我国地域辽阔,资源充足,许多山区和丘陵区石料丰富,拱形涵洞的设计建造更为普遍。公路设计手册《涵洞》(人民交通出版社1977年出版)为工程技术人员提供了计算公式和计算用表,很有实用价值。
In highway design, there are about 3 to 5 culverts per kilometer of lines under normal circumstances. Our measurement team each year to test dozens of kilometers, or even more than 100 kilometers of lines, encountered hundreds of culverts, therefore, the culvert of the design and calculation workload is relatively large. In particular, our country has a vast territory and abundant resources. Many mountainous and hilly areas have rich stone materials and the design and construction of arched culverts are more prevalent. Highway Design Manual “culvert” (People’s Communications Press, 1977) provides engineers and technicians with formulas and calculation of the table, of great practical value.
