目的比较氨氯地平片与氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法选取2011年4月—2015年4月浑源县人民医院收治的高血压合并冠心病患者100例,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组予以氨氯地平片治疗,观察组患者予以氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后血脂〔三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)〕、血压(收缩压、舒张压)及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者总有率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者TG、TC、LDL-C水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者收缩压、舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者收缩压、舒张压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效好于氨氯地平片,可改善患者血压、血脂,且不良反应少。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of amlodipine and amlodipine atorvastatin calcium in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods From April 2011 to April 2015, 100 cases of hypertensive patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Hunyuan County People’s Hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, 50 cases each. The control group was treated with amlodipine, and the observation group was given amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets. To observe the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients, before and after treatment of blood lipids (TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C), blood pressure Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure) and adverse reactions. Results The total rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in TG, TC, LDL-C and HDL-C levels between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, the levels of TG, TC and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups before treatment P> 0.05). After treatment, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium treatment of hypertension with coronary heart disease clinical efficacy is better than amlodipine tablets, can improve blood pressure, blood lipids, and less adverse reactions.
