涟邵煤田利民煤矿根据矿井瓦斯突出特点,结合原开拓开采系统,确定弱突区先行开采、由中部向井田两侧开采的开拓布局。采用底板瓦斯抽放巷结合其它辅助方法解决掘、采过程中煤与瓦斯突出问题,有效地控制了煤与瓦斯突出事故发生,促使矿井顺利恢复生产。 Based on the characteristics of mine gas outburst and the original exploitation and mining system, Limin Coal Mine of Litian Shao Coalfield determines the pioneering layout of the mining of weak zones and mining from both sides of the minefield from the middle.
