骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)是一类异质性很强的获得性造血干/祖细胞克隆增殖性疾病,随着对此病认识的提高,其有关的分类和诊断标准也在不断修订中。现就有关MDS诊断和分类的法、美、英(FBA)标准,WHO标准及维也纳标准之间的联系与区别作一介绍。 Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDSs) are a group of highly heterogeneous acquired hematopoietic stem / progenitor cell clonal proliferative diseases. As the awareness of this disease increases, the related classification and diagnostic criteria are also being revised . A briefing is presented on the links and differences between the French, American, British (FBA) standards, the WHO standards and the Vienna standards on the diagnosis and classification of MDS.
