简要介绍了在自行改装的P-2型金相试样抛光机上,对五种不同类型的金相试样通过正交试验法进行的电解机械复合抛光工艺试验的过程及结果,试验表明,该工艺具有对材料的适应性广,试样抛光效率高及质量好的优点。
In this paper, the process and result of electrochemical mechanical polishing process of five different types of metallographic samples by orthogonal test are briefly introduced in the P-2 metallographic sample polishing machine modified by ourselves. The experiment shows that the Process has wide applicability of the material, the sample polishing efficiency and good quality advantages.
