目的:探讨高压氧对前庭神经瘤术后面神经功能恢复的疗效。方法:收集川北医学院附属医院神经外科2014年1月至2018年6月收治的经显微手术切除,术后病理诊断为前庭神经瘤伴单侧面神经功能障碍的97例患者病历资料。根据前庭神经瘤临床分期,将患者分为1期前庭神经瘤患者18例,2期前庭神经瘤患者29例,3期前庭神经瘤患者47例,4期前庭神经瘤患者3例(因人数过少未纳入统计分析)。每期患者根据术后是否进行高压氧治疗分为高压氧治疗组和对照组,依据多伦多面神经评定系统对2组进行评分比较。结果:1期前庭神经瘤患者术后高压氧治疗组面神经评分[(76.18±13.73)分]与对照组[(72.14±11.35)分]比较差异无统计学意义(n P>0.05),2期患者术后高压氧治疗组面神经评分[(74.13±12.59)分]与对照组[(58.77±17.84)分]比较差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05),3期患者术后高压氧治疗组面神经评分[(67.86±14.51)分]与对照组[(54.37±14.76)分]比较差异有统计学意义(n P0.05). There was a significant difference in facial nerve scores between the hyperbaric oxygen treatment group (74.13±12.59) and the control group (58.77±17.84) in the patients with stage 2 vestibular neuroma (n P<0.05). There was also a significant difference in facial nerve scores between the hyperbaric oxygen treatment group (67.86±14.51) and the control group (54.37±14.76) in the patients with stage 3 vestibular neuroma(n P<0.05).n Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen therapy has no effect on the recovery of postoperative facial nerve function of patients with stage 1 vestibular neuroma. The facial nerve function is easily injured by the surgeries for stage 2 and stage 3 vestibular neuroma. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy has a significant effect on the recovery of postoperative facial nerve function.
