全封闭活塞式制冷压缩机的重要特点之一是形小量轻,结构紧凑。缸径小于40mm 的,大多采用簧片阀。本文试图对簧片阀的设计计算方法进行理论分析,以求得气阀的最佳设计,提高压缩机的性能。一、簧片阀的结构簧片阀(也称舌簧阀、条状阀)均采用弹性薄钢片冲压成形。工作时,阀片在气体推力作用下,离开阀座开启,让气流通过;当阀片两侧压差趋近于零时,在阀片本身弹力作用下自行关闭。阀片的开启度与环状阀一样,靠升程限止器控制。阀片的性能取决于阀片弹力与气体推力的动态平衡。全封闭活塞式制冷压缩机簧片阀的结构可参见图1、2。1-气缸;2-吸气阀片;3-密封垫片;4-阀板;5-排气阀片:6-升程限止器;7-气缸盖。
Fully enclosed piston refrigeration compressor is one of the important features of small and light weight, compact structure. Bore less than 40mm, mostly reed valves. This paper attempts to reed valve design and calculation methods for theoretical analysis, in order to obtain the best valve design, improve compressor performance. First, the reed valve structure Reed valve (also known as reed valve, strip valve) are made of flexible thin steel stamping. The opening of the valve is the same as the ring valve, controlled by the lift limiter. The performance of the valve depends on the dynamic balance of the disc spring force and the gas thrust force.
