江苏省文化产业近年来已取得了一定的成绩,但是,领军人才的缺乏仍是困扰文化产业可持续发展的一个很大的难题。目前,文化产业化程度较低,居于主导地位的文化产业类企业大都缺乏文化产业化经营的经验和基础;文化产业人力资源的现状是,整体人力文化知识层次偏低。人才的短缺,尤其是文化产业领军人才的短缺,已经束缚了我国文化产业的高速发展。解决我国文化产业人才短缺,特别是领军人才短缺的问题,已经刻不容缓。文章着力于分析目前江苏省文化产业领军人才队伍建设的现状及相关的制约因素,为后续的进一步研究奠定基础。
The cultural industry in Jiangsu Province has achieved some success in recent years. However, the lack of leading talent is still a big problem plaguing the sustainable development of cultural industries. At present, most of the cultural industries that have a low degree of cultural industrialization and dominance do not have the experience and basis of cultural industrialization. The status quo of human resources in the cultural industry is that the overall level of human and cultural knowledge is low. The shortage of qualified personnel, especially the shortage of leading talents in the cultural industry, has restrained the rapid development of China’s cultural industry. It is an urgent matter to solve the shortage of talents in the cultural industry in our country, especially the shortage of leading personnel. The article focuses on the analysis of the current situation of the construction of the leading talent in cultural industries in Jiangsu Province and the related constraints, which will lay the foundation for further research.
