外语听力教学的目的是帮助学生克服听力障碍,提高听解能力,以期达到以听促说、交流无碍的效果。笔者曾对授课的６个英语专业班级做过调查和有针对性的测试,结果表明:对于语言知识(语音、词汇、语法)的听解一般都没多大问题,但一涉及到文化知识,尤其是利用文化知识结合语言知识来理解复杂的听力材料,大多数学生反映,听完之后不知所云。其症结何在?其一,记不住所听的内容;其二,听不懂地道的英语。怎样给学生对症下药?本文从听力教学改革的角度出 The purpose of foreign language listening teaching is to help students overcome hearing impairment and improve their ability of listening and listening, so as to achieve the goal of listening and speaking without interference.
