目的研究河南省太行山区(安阳、鹤壁段)的蚊虫种类多样性。方法利用人工小时法对调查点的牲畜棚和村民居住房等蚊虫栖息场所进行成蚊的采集调查,计算密度指数;同时对周围河流、坑洼积水处的蚊蚴进行虫种的观察和鉴别。结果调查共捕获成蚊748只,蚊蚴319只,分属于4属9种,分别为中华按蚊、潘氏按蚊、淡色库蚊、三带喙库蚊、伪杂鳞库蚊、中华库蚊、白纹伊蚊、刺扰伊蚊和骚扰阿蚊。安阳段的密度指数高于鹤壁段。结论太行山区(安阳、鹤壁段)的优势蚊种为骚扰阿蚊,其次为伪杂鳞库蚊和刺扰伊蚊,所占构成比分别为57.14%、16.75%和9.85%。两地区间密度指数的差异主要由于调查期间降水量差异引起的,说明蚊虫的生存与气候因素和环境因素等生态系统相关,调查结果也会受到各种相关因素的影响。
Objective To study the species diversity of mosquitoes in Taihang Mountain Area (Anyang, Hebi) of Henan Province. Methods The method of artificial hour was used to collect adult mosquitoes in the habitat of livestock sheds and villagers’ houses in the survey sites and calculate the density index. At the same time, the insect species in the surrounding rivers and pits were observed and identified . Results A total of 748 adult mosquitoes and 319 mosquitoes were collected, belonging to 4 genera and 9 species. They were Anopheles sinensis, Anopheles pandemic, Culex pipiens pallens, Culex tritaeniorhynchus, Culex pipiens pallens, Mosquitoes, Aedes albopictus, Aedes albopictus and Harassment mosquitoes. Anyang section of the density index higher than Hebi section. Conclusion The dominant mosquito species in Taihang Mountain area (Anyang and Hebi section) are Albizia mariqueter, followed by Cx. Mosquito and Aedes albopictus, accounting for 57.14%, 16.75% and 9.85% respectively. The difference in density index between the two regions was mainly due to the difference in precipitation during the survey period, indicating that mosquito survival is related to ecosystems such as climatic factors and environmental factors, and the findings are also affected by various relevant factors.
