为了有效提高助产专业学生在校学习期间的实践技术能力,提高高职助产教学质量,以本学院2013年级4个班在2014年3月至6月的助产实训为研究对象,有目的、有计划、有组织地进行系统、规范、模拟临床岗位的妇产科基本技能操作训练,并根据统一的命题抽签进行操作考试,由老师和同学进行评分,根据统一的实践教学临床操作考试标准来进行评价。结果表明,学生总成绩及实训成绩有显著的提高。因此,加强妇产科实践教学,不仅能增加学生参与教学的机会,调动学生主动学习的积极性,培养学生的综合素质和综合能力,增进师生之间的沟通和互相理解,而且大大提高了学生的临床实践意识和能力,具有推广的价值,也进一步验证了我们人才培养模式的可行性。
