为了解圆钢管再生混凝土短柱的承载力性能,对11根试件进行轴压承载力试验,考虑的主要因素包括废弃混凝土掺入量、废弃混凝土强度、膨胀剂掺入量和钢筋配置情况。试验结果表明:在再生混凝土中掺入同强度的废弃混凝土,掺入量达50%时,试件的轴压承载力下降较小,幅度在5%以内;掺入较低强度等级的废弃混凝土,掺入量为30%,试件承载力下降超过10%;膨胀剂掺入量达水泥用量的10%时,试件承载力提升较明显;试件中配置纵向钢筋,利于构件承载力的提高。最后提出了承载力实用计算式,其计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。
In order to understand the bearing capacity of short steel tubular recycled concrete columns, the axial compression bearing capacity of 11 specimens was tested. The main factors considered include the incorporation of waste concrete, the strength of waste concrete, the dosage of expansive agent and the configuration of reinforcement. The test results show that the compressive strength of recycled concrete is reduced by less than 5% with the incorporation of waste concrete with the same strength when the dosage is 50% , The incorporation of 30%, the load-bearing capacity decreased by more than 10%; dredging agent dosage of 10% of the amount of cement when the load-bearing capacity to enhance more obvious; longitudinal reinforcement configured in the test specimen, which is conducive to bearing capacity improve. Finally, a practical calculation formula of bearing capacity is put forward. The calculation results are in good agreement with the test results.
